3. **Shipping:**

   - We offer shipping to addresses within the United States/Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

4. **Returns and Exchanges:**

   - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because these are made to order items we have a no return policy

   - Custom or personalized items  not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

   - In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.  Please reach out within 24 hrs of delivery time.

 

6. **Cancellations:**

   - If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and we started to make your product or it has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
